Mark
W. Lischwe is the sole shareholder of Mark W. Lischwe,
P.C. He earned a B.B.A. degree from Western Illinois University
and graduated in 1981 from Gonzaga University, School
of Law, cum laude. Since 1981, he has practiced largely
in the consumer bankruptcy area. He was 1993-1994 chair
of the Consumer Debtor Subcommittee, is a member of the
Arizona Bar Bankruptcy Section, Pro Bono V.L. Program,
and also served on a Chapter 13 committee for drafting
local rules regarding attorney fees.
