Biography
Engaged in the practice of law since 1981, Mark Lischwe has nearly 40 years of experience in bankruptcy law, is a recipient of the Phoenix Chapter 13 Trustee’s “Award for Excellence” and a sustaining member of Arizona’s Finest Lawyers, selected by the Executive Board based on a record of high achievement, excellent legal skills, a reputation for integrity and a commitment to AFL’s mission and goals. Mr. Lischwe is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Arizona, former Chairman of the Consumer Debtor Bankruptcy Sub-Section of the State Bar of Arizona, former Co-Chairman, Continuing Legal Education Committee, Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Arizona, Member of the Rules Committee for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, Chairman of the Local Rules Committee for Chapter 13 Fees and a member of NACBA (National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys). Mr. Lischwe is licensed in Arizona and Illinois.
